Built in 1896, Doc’s Place located in historical downtown Lebanon, Ohio, merges a
traditional sports bar, upscale menu and excellent food with a casual and inviting atmosphere.
Internationally trained Executive Chef Carlos Silveti prepares his food from scratch using
all fresh ingredients.

Chef Carlos Silveti, born in Sicily has studied in Spain, Mexico City and Italy. He has worked
as an apprentice to many of today’s most famous Chefs. Chef Carlos’ goal is to create an
amazing guest experience every guest every time. Try one of Chef Carlos’ creations and
you will immediately understand his love and passion for food.

Paul Ballesteros, General Manager, with 13 years in the restaurant industry in Minneapolis, Mn.
Paul has created at Doc's the ultimate customer experience by combining the elegance of fine dining
with the comfort, friendliness of your favorite neighborhood restaurant & bar. Paul‘s specialized
knowledge of wine & beer, along with many years of bartending, will amaze every customer with
fantastic selections and creative drink specials to be the perfect compliment to the food!

Locally owned and operated, Doc’s Place is known for it’s quality fresh hand cut steaks,
seafood, Reuben sandwiches, sauces and Italian dishes. Lunch and dinner specials.

Doc’s Place features live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
